The Studio Zen Foundation exists to remove barriers to healing and create opportunities for people in our community to experience care, restoration, and hope.
We believe healing isn’t a luxury. It’s a human need. And everyone deserves the opportunity to experience it.
Through free healing experiences, education, and practical somatic tools, we’re helping people build resilience, regulate their nervous systems, and carry what they learn into their everyday lives.
