On the 8th of every month at 8:00 p.m., Studio Zen invites you to gather in community for a powerful release. Our Release Event is a safe, intentional space to let go of stress, grief, anger, and anything else you’ve been holding inside. Together, we use the primal act of screaming — a sound the body naturally creates when words aren’t enough — to reset our nervous systems and reconnect with our inner strength.
This is not just about yelling into the void — it’s about creating release, renewal, and unity. Surrounded by supportive energy, you’ll experience the freedom of unfiltered expression, and the relief of not carrying it all alone.
