Studio Zen Retail Return Policy

At Studio Zen, we take pride in offering high-quality, intentional products to support healing, mindfulness, and wellness. We want you to love everything you purchase from our studio. Please review the following policy for all retail transactions.

Purchases

  • All items are sold as marked and include applicable sales tax.
  • We accept payments via credit/debit card, Square, Studio Zen gift cards, and digital wallet.
  • Custom or limited-quantity items may not be eligible for promotional discounts.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window: Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
  • Eligible Items: Must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Ineligible Items (Final Sale):
    • Essential oils and aromatherapy products
    • Opened skincare or bath products
    • Yoga mats, bolsters, and personal-use accessories once opened
    • Books, journals, and card decks that show wear or writing
    • Clearance and marked “Final Sale” items

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. We will offer a replacement or store credit upon verification.

Special Orders & Prepaid Holds

Custom orders and prepaid holds are non-refundable but may be exchanged for store credit if the item is returned in sellable condition.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be refunded in the form of Studio Zen store credit unless otherwise stated.
Store credit:

  • Does not expire
  • Can be used toward retail purchases, services, or classes
  • Cannot be transferred to another person or redeemed for cash

Gift Cards

Studio Zen gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

Classes, Workshops & Events

Registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest with at least 24 hours’ notice.
No-shows and same-day cancellations are not eligible for credit or refund.

Online Orders & Shipping (if applicable)

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Holiday Return Extension

Items purchased between November 15 and December 24 may be returned until January 15 of the following year.

Please know that our team handles all returns with compassion and respect. We’re here to support your journey and ensure your experience at Studio Zen feels safe and positive.

Policies & Fine Print

  • Payment: Full payment is due upfront for all memberships and class packs.
  • Expiration: Single classes and packs expire 12 months after purchase.
  • Transfers: Sessions are non-transferable, but may be shared with immediate family upon request and approval.
  • Cancellations: Monthly memberships require a 30-day written cancellation notice after a 2-month minimum.
  • Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are only considered under exceptional circumstances at Studio Zen’s discretion.

Applies To: These prices apply ONLY to meditation, yoga, and dance therapy classes.
