Michael Girdler

Michael Girdler’s interest in yoga began in 2021 when seeking answers to some difficult life questions. Yoga quickly became a lifeline and his interest deepened. Wanting to share the life changing philosophy of yoga with others, he received his 200 hour yoga teacher certification in 2022 and has been teaching since. Michael is registered with Yoga Alliance and is also trained to teach Buti Yoga. He has received additional training qualifying him as an accessible yoga teacher. Michael loves intuitive movement, and he encourages this in his classes. This adds a flare of spontaneity and fun to each class making them each a unique experience.

Holly Gill

Holly Gill has lived in our beautiful city of Anderson all 35 years of her life and has been a licensed esthetician for over ten of those years! Healing work is one of her biggest passions whether it is healing your skin, using energy work to improve your wellbeing, or coaching you toward a more fulfilled life! Holly loves making new connections and helping people realize their full potential. She enjoys gardening, baking, nature walks, and spending time on her little homestead with her husband and their two boys. If you are ready to take the next steps toward improving the health of your skin, healing your body, or setting some big goals, Holly would love so much to work with you and can't wait to meet!

Brooke Ochs

Brooke Ochs: NP, RYT-200 With over 20 years of experience in nursing and more than 6 years as a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner, Brooke Ochs brings a deeply rooted understanding of both conventional and holistic care. A dedicated yoga practitioner for more than 25 years, Brooke seamlessly integrates mindfulness and intention into her approach to healing—blending Western medicine with complementary therapies. Brooke is the founder of The Secret Garden Wellness Center, an integrative medicine practice that focuses on whole-person healing through nutrition, lifestyle changes, and evidence-informed alternative treatments. She recently completed her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification and is passionate about supporting patients both in the clinic and on the yoga mat. Brooke is now accepting new patients and welcomes those seeking a more balanced and personalized path to wellness. Isabella Anderson

Yoga has been a part of Isabella Anderson’s life since she can remember. Inspired by her grandmother who started doing yoga in the sixties, Isabella saw a lifestyle that she knew she wanted to practice and share with others. With a total of 13 yoga instructors in her family, she has learned so much about the practice and how far it stretches into our daily lives. After graduating from Purdue University, Isabella embraced yoga in the difficult and stressful times in her life. Not only was it great for her body, but her mind learned how to settle and relax. She is so excited to share her passion at Studio Zen. You can catch her teaching any vinyasa style class and behind the scenes of the studio’s social media. She can't wait to see you in class!

Babs Devier

Babs Devier is a fully-certified holistic wellness practitioner based in Madison County, IN, where she lives with her husband and their daughter. When she’s not homeschooling or supporting clients, you’ll likely find her with her family; growing fruit and vegetables, creating art, snuggling cats, or baking something delicious. Successfully navigating her own healing journey inspired her to become a certified Reiki Master and a certified Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner, as well as being trained in breathwork, meditation, and trauma-informed care. These very tools guided her and now she aims to lead with them .Her specialty is in holding compassionate space for those moving through overwhelm, emotional disconnection, and grief. She meets each client where they are, unafraid to sit in the weeds of life with them, while offering a steady, gentle, return to self through body-based practices and energetic care. Babs is deeply passionate about people, energy work, and our connection to nature, which originally led her to pursue a career in nursing. After soul-searching, long conversations with her husband, and time spent reconnecting with herself, she realized she could serve others in a more heart-centered and fulfilling way. More than anything, she is here to help.

Katy Pearson

Katy Pearson has always been passionate about healing. Navigating through her own healing journey she realized the benefits of Yoga. It improved her health, both physically and mentally, also allowing her to embrace her body and accept herself as she is. She is inspired to share this through her Yoga classes. Katy is certified in 200-hour yoga teacher training and also certified in Reiki. When not doing yoga, Katy enjoys walking, reading and watching movies. She is excited to share this journey of healing, love and joy with all of you.

April Barlett

April Bartlett is passionate about helping individuals and families find balance, healing, and relaxing. Using healing frequencies and vibrations, she creates a calming environment where stress is released, energy is restored, and the mind and body can return to harmony. April Bartlett brings not only knowledge and skill but also genuine care and compassion to every session. She meets each person where they are, creating a safe and supportive space for healing. The goal is to help you feel lighter, more centered, and empowered to move forward with clarity and peace.
