EEO Complaint Policy
It is the policy of Studio Zen, LLC to conduct a prompt and impartial investigation of all allegations of discrimination and to take effective corrective action when a claim is substantiated.
Retaliation, intimidation, coercion, or harassment of any individual for filing or participating in a complaint is strictly prohibited.
Complaints must be communicated within 14 days of the alleged discrimination, although failure to meet this deadline does not preclude the filing of a complaint.
Submitting a Complaint
Complaints should be submitted in writing using the EEO Complaint Form. If needed, assistance will be provided to complete the form, including translation, transcription, or disability accommodation.

Studio Zen will investigate and respond in writing within 60 days of receipt of the complaint. Voluntary informal resolution will be attempted when possible. Complaints and identities will be kept confidential to the extent required and permitted by law.
Records of complaints and resolutions will be retained for at least three years.
